I’m a semi-retired craftsman with over 20 years of experience in the building trades, offering dependable, high-quality handyman services for homeowners who don’t need a traditional contractor for smaller projects.

I specialize in home repairs, honey-do lists, and routine maintenance—completed efficiently, correctly, and at a substantial savings compared to contractor rates. All work is performed in compliance with California CSLB guidelines, limited to projects not requiring permits and not exceeding $1,000 in labor and materials per job, as allowed by California law.

If your project is larger—such as a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, or home addition—I have an extensive network of trusted, licensed contractors that I’ve worked with for decades and can confidently refer you to the appropriate professional.

MY PROCESS

Once I arrive at your home, my time begins. This includes discussing the job, planning the work, creating a materials list, making a Home Depot run if needed, and returning to your home to complete the installation.

My rate is $85 per hour, with a two-hour minimum, even if the job takes less time. Payment is due daily, and I accept credit cards, Zelle, or Venmo.

Emergency or after-hours services are billed at double the hourly rate.

I typically stop for lunch between 12:00 and 12:30 PM and work until 4:30 PM. If a project requires additional time, I can return the following day to complete the work.

For certain projects, I’m also open to negotiating a flat (set) rate if that makes you more comfortable.

Disclaimer: Handyman services comply with California CSLB regulations and are limited to jobs under $1,000 total that do not require permits. Larger or permitted projects will be referred to licensed contractors.
